In collaboration with Department of Justice, AbilityOne OIG investigated allegations of Lifeview falsely claiming that their contracts with Department of War met the direct labor ratio required for participation in the AbilityOne Program. As a result, the settlement is the largest AbilityOne Program related False Claims Act settlement in the Program's history.
