It affirms Commission policy that the qualified nonprofit agencies participating in the AbilityOne Program shall uphold the highest standards of integrity, protect taxpayer dollars, and maintain operations free from fraud, waste, or abuse in all aspects of AbilityOne contract performance. The letter stated that the Commission has zero tolerance for any action, omission, or misrepresentation that undermines the integrity of the Program. This includes falsification of data, misuse of Federal funds, improper billing, diversion of contract requirements, or any other conduct inconsistent with Federal standards.
